Dr. Nora M. Y. Chan is a life long resident of East Oahu. She attended Iolani School. Upon receiving her B.S. degree from UCLA, Dr. Chan attended Pacific University College of Optometry and received her Doctor of Optometry degree with Distinction.
Dr. Nora Chan has been practicing in East Oahu since July 2005, and she has a special interest in ocular disease. Dr. Chan diagnoses, treats and manages red eyes due to allergies, infections or injuries. She also co-manages conditions such as diabetic eye disease, macular degeneration, glaucoma and cataracts. Dr. Chan is a consultant for LASIK refractive surgery.
